Are the colours shown on the website 100% identical to the real colours?

We try to present our products and their colours in the most representative and careful way possible. However, the visualisation of colours depends on each user’s screen, and we cannot guarantee that your screen displays our products’ colours as they really are. Besides, because we use natural dyes, there might be colour variations from one batch to another, which could make the colour not be 100% uniform (natural imperfections are also gorgeous and we want to keep them). ;) To learn more, please read this section.

 

Can a product appear as available when you actually have no stock?

Although we update our website almost on a daily basis, we might run out of a certain product and it may take a few days before we take it off, but that is rarely the case. If this happens and you have already made your payment, we will send you an explanatory email and reimburse the money as soon as possible.

 

Do I need an account to make an order?

For the moment, you do not need an account to buy on our website. You will only have to fill out a form with the necessary information to make your purchase. Your phone number will be very important to make the delivery easier!

 

How do I know what my size is?

We have a size table at your disposal where we indicate the measurements of each of our sizes. They are approximate measurements following European sizes, but because our bras have no underwire, their shape adjusts well to the different bodies within a same size. If our size table does not solve your doubts, do not hesitate to send us an email and we will help you as soon as possible! Also, if you have the opportunity to drop by our studio or a nearby store, you will solve your doubts quicker by trying the garments on!

 

How should I take care of the garments?

In this section we will explain how to do it. Try washing them only when necessary. Overusing the washing machine is not good for the garment or for the planet.

Also, do not worry if the colour loses a bit of its intensity after the first wash! It is normal, because we use natural dyes and it takes a few washes for the final colour to settle.

 

How many days does the shipping take?

When shipping within Spanish territory (except for the Balearic and Canary Islands), the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours, although it depends on the time and day you make your purchase. Purchases made during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next working day.

When shipping internationally, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, although, again, this depends on the time and day you make your purchase. Our shipping is done through transportation companies with high quality standards in their services, but there could always be a contingency that slightly delays the delivery. We do not take responsibility for the unforeseen issues the transportation company may have, although we will help you solve the inconvenience as soon as possible.

What should I do if my country is not on the shipping list?

Will I have to pay for additional custom taxes?

Some territories might apply additional custom taxes. These rules vary widely from country to country. We cannot be responsible for extra costs, so you should be informed about them before making your purchase. If we can help you with any information, do not hesitate to contact us.

I made a mistake filling out my information and I have already made my purchase. What can I do?

When will I be charged to my account?

The time it takes for your purchase to be charged will depend on your payment method. If you use PayPal or a debit card, the charge will be made instantly. If you use a debit card, it will take the time fixed by your bank.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

The transaction is done using an SSL safety protocol that connects with your bank’s official payment gateway, so the payment is completely safe. None of your data will be stored on our system.

 

Can I know the state of my order?

Once you have made your order, we will send you an email with all the necessary tracking information provided by the transportation company.

 

What happens if nobody is there to receive my package?

The transportation company will try to deliver the package three times, and it will contact the customer in order to do so. That is why it is very important that you provide a contact phone number when making your purchase. If the customer is not at the chosen address during these three delivery attempts, the carrier will offer to leave the package at the pick-up location closest to their home, always with previous agreement. In the event of unforeseen problems with the delivery, or should a package be returned to our facilities for reasons unrelated to us (wrong shipping address, not having been able to contact the customer, etc.) we are not responsible for the costs of returning the package or having to ship it again.
