Amelia, like many other women, does not use the same size for the upper and bottom parts. She wears size M bodysuits, because being tall (1,72 cm), the inseam fits her body better. Since it is not wired or padded, the breast area of the bodysuit adjusts well to different sizes. It feels tight enough and comfortable, even if it does not completely fill the bust.
Here is how we recommend you measure yourself.
Take a measuring tape and, without pressing,
place it over these different areas of your body:
A: Your nipples.
B: Right under your breasts.
C: Your waist.
D: Your hips (their widest part).
E: Your thigh (near the groin).

We have worked very hard so that the colours of the products shown on our website are as close to reality as possible. However, colour visualisation may be subject to different variations depending on the quality of your screen and other factors. Besides, because we use natural dyes, there might be colour variations from one batch to another, or the colour might not be completely uniform due to certain irregularities. The sizes shown correspond to continental European sizes. We indicate their measurements in centimetres, as well as some conversions to other systems. Please make sure you have chosen the right size before proceeding with your purchase. If you have any doubts, we are happy to help you.

All our clothes are priced in euros (€) and including VAT. You may pay with credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or through PayPal, which ensures that your information will be protected. Your purchase will be processed once the payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation email in the next 24 hours, so please check your inbox for it. If the articles you have bought are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will proceed to reimburse your purchase.
Currency exchanges might affect the price. We do not take responsibility for any additional costs or commissions that banks might demand.
It is important that you provide all the necessary information about the shipping address when you proceed with your purchase. Please also provide a contact number to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping is done in agreement with transportation companies with high quality standards. The delivery times indicated below are only estimates. Should the process exceed its estimated delivery date, we do not take any responsibility for it, but we will do all we can to meet the dates indicated, as well as to help you with any problems that could arise.
The estimated delivery time for orders within Spain (except the Balearic and Canary Islands) is 24-48 hours, though this depends on the time and date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day. In the case of the Balearic and Canary Islands, delivery might take up to 5 working days.
For shipping orders to other territories, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days, though this depends on the time and date of purchase. Due to international customs law, some international orders might have additional costs. You must be informed about the laws in your territory, because we are not responsible for any costs added to the package at customs.
Once your order has been placed, we will send you its tracking number so that you can check its state at all times, from the time it is confirmed to its delivery. Should there be an unforeseen complication with the delivery of your products, the transportation company will take the actions necessary to complete it, contacting the customer via phone or email to verify the shipping address and receiver, and to agree the delivery conditions or solve any other issue.
If a package is returned to our facilities for reasons unrelated to us (wrong shipping address, not having been able to contact the customer, etc.) we are not responsible for the costs of returning the package or having to reship it.

Only items bought through our website can be exchanged or returned.
We accept exchanges and returns of all our garments, except for panties (for hygiene reasons). The products will need to be in the same condition as delivered. If you are considering exchanging or returning your bodysuit, please try it on with panties. For hygiene reasons, it would be better not to exchange bodysuits, but we understand that you might need to try it on. You will need to send us an email within 48 hours after having received your purchase.
We may refuse to exchange or reimburse the product if it is dirty or has been used or altered. Be mindful when trying the garment on so that it comes back to us in its original form, without stretching it or staining it. We will accept the change or refund after we have seen the garment.
The shipping costs derived from the exchange or return of an order will be borne by the customer, unless the garment is considered “defective”.
If you have doubts about the size or any other detail concerning our garments, we recommend that you write to us before you make your purchase so that we can help you with it. We will try to answer your questions as soon as possible! ;)
We will try to exchange one product for the other as quick as possible, but depending on our workload or the season, we might need a few days. We reimburse your money once the garment is with us and has been accepted by our studio. If it does not meet the requirements, we will contact you to find the best solution. The shipping costs of the return will not be reimbursed.

How to exchance or return an order,
1. Place the garment just like you received it in the delivery envelope.
2. Send us an email with the subject “RETURN”. You must attach photos of the garment and the state of the packaging, as well as a short explanation of the reason you are returning it.
3. Once we have accepted your exchange or return request, contact the transportation company of your choice. If you prefer, we can help you with it. Bear in mind that you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Talk under light will under no circumstances accept a product exchange or return sent by the customer through unpaid postage.
Once in our studio, we will analyse the garment to check that it meets the original quality standards. If everything is fine, we will reimburse your purchase or ship the exchange. Should the garments returned not meet the requirements to be returned or exchanged, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to explain the alternatives. In the case of exchanges, we will ship the new garment chosen by the customer. The resulting transportation expenses will be borne by the customer.
Again, we hope to be able to improve these conditions soon. We regret any inconveniences and additional expenses.
Our main interest is to satisfy you. That is why all our products meet high quality standards and are double-checked before shipping. However, we are only human, so every once in a while there might be mistakes. We apologise in advance.
If upon receiving your order at home, the garment is defective, the colour does not match the one you asked for, the size is wrong or there is any other problem, you will have to contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Undergarments need special delicateness when it comes to daily care so that everything goes the right way. Fasteners and hooks will hold on better if they are used with delicateness, without pulling or stretching the garment.
Our fabric is soft and comfortable. It perfectly adjusts to the body, but it is not completely elastic, because we use natural fibres and have added the minimum elastane to achieve just the right elasticity. Therefore, we recommend not stretching the garments too much. Put them on with enough delicateness, especially when going over our more pronounced parts, like the bum, breasts or thighs. ;-)
For colour garments, we have used completely natural dyes and in some cases they might present tiny imperfections, which for us make that piece of clothing unique. Colour develops overtime with a slow, progressive fade. Follow our washing instructions so that your garments evolve the right way.
Wash whenever necessary

It is important to follow the instructions on each label. Here is an explanation of each of our icons that will make it all easier to understand:
ALL GARMENTS will last longer and look better if they are washed by hand in lukewarm water. Try not to rub.
Our ECRU garments should be washed at a maximum 30 ºC, preferably in cycles for delicate clothing, which are short and have short spin cycles.
For COLOUR garments: because our dyes are natural, wash by hand in cold water for better colour life.
Do not use a dryer.
Do not dry clean.
Do not twist the garment, neither to wring nor while drying. It could affect the dye.
Dry the garment in the shade for better colour life.
To avoid leaving any marks, we recommend drying the garment horizontally. Our tip: put it on a towel!
Do not use bleach!
